GRESHAM COMPUTING EXPANDS NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONS TO SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH
Gary Gibbs Joins Gresham Computing as EVP for North America
NEW YORK / LONDON February 26, 2007– Gresham Computing plc, the real-time financial solutions provider, is expanding its North American operations with the appointment of Gary Gibbs as executive vice president for North America and the opening of a New York Park Avenue office as regional headquarters for the company. Gibbs will spearhead the company’s growth activities in North America and assumes management responsibility for each of Gresham’s North American subsidiaries.
The company has established operations in key technology centers across North America in Toronto, Austin and Denver. The New York office will be the hub to serve the needs of Gresham’s global banking customers and to support the company’s strategic expansion around the full suite of Gresham’s real-time financial solutions, including the flagship Clareti Cash Reporting Service, a global solution for SWIFTNet Cash Reporting.
Gibbs also assumes responsibility for Gresham Enterprise Storage and Redstone Software subsidiaries, serving many of the Fortune 500 customers including a number of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Gibbs joins Gresham with extensive management and technology expertise, bringing nearly 20 years business experience in providing enterprise technology solutions to the top global financial services, banking and Fortune 100 organizations.
Most recently, Gary was managing partner for global sales and marketing with Expand Consulting based in New York and London, a capital markets and wealth management research consultancy. Gary has also worked as vice president of the Banking Group at CheckFree Software, executive vice president of Accurate Software in North America, and was vice president of sales for North America at Maryland-based Merant, a global provider of enterprise software development technologies.
In 2006, Gresham announced a series of senior hires to promote the global uptake of the Clareti suite of real-time financial solutions, including ex-Fundtech executive Dave Deller as managing director of its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations and former Tibco Software regional vice president, Rob Glenn, as Group Sales and Marketing Director to the main board.
